Characteristic
It is insoluble in water, soluble in organic solvents such as toluene, and its products have excellent characteristics of small compression set and resistance to saturated water vapor, and are combustible when exposed to open flames or high heat.
Use
● Due to the increased vulcanization activity, methyl vinyl silicone rubber has greatly improved its heat resistance and high temperature resistance to compression deformation. It is the largest type of silicone rubber with the largest output and the most widely used, with the most varieties and brands. In addition to general-purpose rubber compounds, a variety of specific and processing characteristics of silicone rubber are also processed on the basis of it, such as high strength, low compression set, electrical conductivity, flame retardancy, thermal conductivity and other silicone rubber. This type of silicone rubber is widely used in O-rings, oil seals, various pipes, sealants and adhesives.
● It is suitable for the production of base rubber and colloidal vulcanizing agent of silicone masterbatch. It can also be used with methyl vinyl silicone rubber to prepare high tear strength silicone rubber, and produce low hardness silicone rubber and sponge silicone rubber. The raw rubber with vinyl content of 0~0.04% is widely used in ceramic silicone rubber.

Storage and Transportation
Store in a cool, ventilated warehouse, away from fire and heat sources. The temperature of the warehouse should not exceed 40℃. The packaging must be sealed and can be in contact with the air. Avoid contact with strong acids, strong alkalis, metallic lead and their compounds. Please handle with care To prevent damage to packaging and containers, transport as non-dangerous goods. The storage period of this product is 3 years. Exceeding the storage period, it can be re-inspected according to this standard, and it can still be used if it meets the quality requirements.
